Although 98% of all The Shoe Plaza orders ship within 24 business hours of your order, please allow 5 business day for order processing. The Shoe Plaza utilizes UPS and USPS.

We do offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

If your order is placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, it will likely ship that same business day. Depending on your location within the U.S., your order will take anywhere from 5 to 9 business days to arrive once it is shipped.
Returns
We do not offer free returns, our prices are priced so low so you can keep them rather returning them. All Returns being returned for reasons other than a defect or the incorrect item being received will be subject to a 15% restocking FEE. If shoes are returned not in their original condition or used they will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
